Parallel Check-In
Privacy
This page describes the data features currently used by the Parallel Check-In website. For a privacy question or a request concerning information you submitted, contact willhuggins@parallelcheckin.com.
Direct email contact
Contact with the project is by direct email. The website has no newsletter signup or email collection form. You choose whether to contact the creator and what information to include in your message.
Following an email link opens your email application. Sending a message shares its contents and your email address with the project contact through the email providers involved. Include only information relevant to your enquiry.
Browser preferences and public scripts
The appearance toggle stores your light or dark preference in local storage so it can be remembered on later visits. You can remove that preference by clearing this site’s stored browser data.
Both pilot scripts can be read without a site account or Google sign-in. The public readers do not collect account identities or require a consent form to open a script.
Analytics, hosting, and embedded media
The site loads Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits. It also uses embedded YouTube videos and a Google Drive preview for the original pilot. Loading these services sends requests to their providers; hosting and media providers receive request information such as IP addresses and browser details.
These services have their own privacy practices. You can read their policies below. The locally hosted opening film and revised pilot are served from this site.
Questions and requests
Email the project contact with questions about this website’s privacy practices or information you have shared in correspondence. Describe your request and the relevant correspondence so it can be understood. General project and rights enquiries are described on the Contact page.
